How much will weight lifting effect my speed for certain sports.

depend if your bulking or not...there are ways to keep speed while bulking tho............?

What are some ways I can keep my speed or possibly increase it while im bulking?

moderate cardio...stretching sessions...lunges, yea jumpin rope would help too...what sport do you play?

tight...i played soccer for 12 years...i played some football in high school. Yea just do light to moderate cardio, dont deprive your legs, most important part for soccer and important for football(hit thos legs, especially calves) eat a lot but smart, and you will be fine
