So some of you want to know what intensity is eh? Well here is the actual definition and how it applies to Training.

Intensity:high level or degree; the property of being intense,Exceptionally great concentration, power, or force.

In other words If you don't put forth the most possible effort you can muster. If you exert maximum force in each lift and rep.

My best definition to this is if you walk away and have not felt a burn or a pump in your muscles you have not reached the intensity in which you should be training. You are actually wasting your time. So get out there and learn the true definition of intensity. Hopefully for those who have not ever known this, this will help you on your road to getting it done. Also and learning what great intensity in a workout and how it can change the direction of your training can be so beneficial. Edited by: RoaringMad Mac

I feel that way too sometimes. That would be on the road to intensity.

haha did you read my progress my small ass made? i finally got 65 dumbbells up on each side for a benchpress

im happy.. but since ive been doing this for almost a year.. i feel like i shouldve gone heavier months ago.. its ok though.. its better than having gone a year doing nothing.

its gonna be awesome when i can get 100 on each hand up.. woo

I feel sick sometimeson leg days and shoulder days. Not always but alot of the time.

Whoever cannot take care of themselves without that law is both.
For a wounded man shall say to his assailant,
'If I live, I will kill you. If I die, You are forgiven.'
Such is the rule of honor.

leg day routinely felt like I was gonna throw up. never have, but I've passed out before. Its friggin emabarrassing cause the gym calls the paramedics. Ever since upping my GPP with some regular intense cardio, though, this has not been an issue. lets not confuse hardcore with poor conditioning. I konw I did for a while. No longer is failure EVER from aerobic failure (try a 20 rep squat set with your 10 rep max and you'll know what I mean), always pure unadulterated muscular meltdown.
