how do i get back where i was very quickly? I allready ordered cell mass and no go. what else is better than the both of them put together? No steroids please!

that was for the bench press. But on dead lift I do 405, lat pull down: 225, my max is 60lbsfor dumbells but I like to use 45's to work out with, french curls: 135 lbs, DB flies: 60 in each hand, and squats 345lbs.

I'd do some serious incline work, heavy db presses, close grip bench press, and military press...do for a few weeks then bench, see what happens
