that was for the bench press. But on dead lift I do 405, lat pull down: 225, my max is 60lbsfor dumbells but I like to use 45's to work out with, french curls: 135 lbs, DB flies: 60 in each hand, and squats 345lbs. |

I'd do some serious incline work, heavy db presses, close grip bench press, and military press...do for a few weeks then bench, see what happens
