okay check out my stats-

about 5"8

23 year old male,

158 lbs

bf 19%(atleast that's what it says on my Tony little's Body express Body Fat Analyzer and scale

that to me sounds like I am skinny fat I tell people that I know that I am fat and they laugh at me they say your so skinny. I store a lot of it around my mid section I think but you can still see that I have a six pack so that keeps me at ease. right now I am currently bulking, with no cardio my diet is pretty good on the week days but on the weekends.................Pizza city I can't watch americas most wanted without it

If you bf is 19% you should NOT be able to see a six pack.

That scale is all out of wack. There is no possible way that at 19% body fat you have a visible six pack. Period. At most those people who grow their abs like bodybuilders won't see them until at most 12-15%.

If your bulking, don't worry about putting on weight, it's part of bulking.

its possible to see a six pack with 19% bf for the fact that he might have genes taht dont pack on all the fat on his stomach but you say you store it all on the mid section? yea, your defenitaly not 19% drop that down to probly like 9% :P

5'8 at 158 is pretty damn skinny, dont worry, Id even bulk if i were you

perhaps your measurement system is not accurate. Its not clear wether you have a scale that measures body fat electrically? If your just using a mathematical formula to calculate it then it could be way off. The electric body fat scales are very accurate though
