OK, so I wonder if any of you that have used this are able to share some information. I am looking to gain LMM and lose some BF. I most people say they like the taste, but there is a lot of fat in it. I know they say it is good fat and it actually helps to promote thermogenesis and utilize your fat stores, etc, etc. However, what they say and what is fact can sometimes differ. It has a ton of calories too, so is this supposed to be like a weight gainer or sorts or to help you lose BF and gain LMM or what exactly? I can gain muscle pretty easy with a decent diet and HARD workouts and whey. But the Muscle Milk SEEMS to have a potentially good product. What does the real world application show? Thanks for any help you are able to provide.

If you looking to lose BF stay away from MM, its not a bad product but has a lot fo fat compared to other proteins.

MM tastes great, and if youre looking to put on some size i think it works well, ive had good success using it...it does have a higher fat content than a lot of other protein powders, but i just adjust the rest of my daily diet to counter that when im taking the MM to cut down on my fat intake

That is a good idea to adjust the total daily caloric intake. For some of us though the Protein has to be higher numbers so I have to have a Protein that is lower in fat and carbs.

Its way too high in fat, mainly cause it was made for dogs. If you are serious about your nutrition, ditch the stuff. "Tastes really good" should be no where near your list of reasons to buy a protein supplement.
