Taking Cee before your workout can help with your lifts.. But what is the point of taking it After your workouts? I have a hard time believing it Both helps with your lifts when taken pre workout, and helps pack on muscle post workout; the two functions are too different.

cee gives u pumps and mroe energy. more energy leads to greater lifts. u take it after to help the pumps last longer, which is why u must take it w/in 30 minutes after. also, while ur muscles r pumped, taking creatine after helps transport it to the muscle
