JUST WONDERING HOW MANY PULLUPS CAN YOU GUYS GET. PULLUPS, NOT CHINUPS. I CAN GET 25 WHEN I AM FRESH. A GUY I WORK WITH IS 41 AND CAN DO 50ON HIS FIRST SET.

23 was my best without any weight hanging from myself. Now.. maybe 17. I weight more. And I've been doing pull-ups with weight.

I've tried doing 50 in however many sets it takes me to get there. Which is usually 6-8 sets.

I envy you guys that can do multiple pull ups. That's one of my downfalls.

Peace

That is definately my biggest downfall. I can barely get 10 and that is assisted. But I am working on it.

If you wanna jump higher, jump. If you wanna bench press more, bench press. If you wanna do more pullups, pullup! Its the law of specificity training.
