I searched for some articles about overtraining but I didn't find any that would explain how can you know that u have overtrained. Any special signs that can help me find that out?

Are you afraid that you might currently be overtraining or just looking for info? Post your routine and I am sure you will get some comments on if you are overtraining or not just by looking at reps and sets and excercises done.

Your routine may be fine, overtraining can be an accumilative thing had you not had a break for a while - or it could be a case of not enough sleep/rest or too much stress - can lead to your body not recovering properly from your workouts, and you'll end up making no progress
