My name is Josh Bixler. I am a personal trainer who works with Ronnie Rowland. Ronnie's "Slingshot Training System" is by far the most effective result-getting workout program I have seen. I have tried many workout routines in the past and they have all ended up being dogcrap. Everyone over at Custom Built is using his program. Everyone from the District manager down to the trainers themselves. We use the program and we prescribe the program to our clients. We plan to post progress pics in this thread of ourselves. Attached is a pic of me and Ronnie in the office today.
