is there any way i can actualy do weights blah blah but not be big and bulk?
if there is can someone help me do a program as i start gym soon

Cable Cross Over's 3 sets 12reps
Bench Fly's 3 sets 12reps

biceps
Standing Biceps curls 3 sets 12reps
Incline Bench Dumbbell curls 3 sets 12reps
Seated cable curls 3 sets 12reps
Reverse Curl 3 sets 12reps

back
Dumbbell Pullovers 8 reps 3sets
Lat Pull Downs 10 reps 3sets
Dumbbell Row 8reps 3sets
T-bar Row 10 reps 3sets

damn it, just go lift weights already tom.

growing isnt easy so dont expect to goto the gym a couple times and get huge, people work years to get big. looking muscular is a hard earned privilege, not a side-effect.

We lift weights and manipulate our diets so that we'll look good naked. Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing.

No Shit..I am putting some serious work in every damn day..It's paying off but the road is slow..Just stay on it and PUT WORK IN.
