The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

They helped, but I also went to youtube and would just watch posing routines by people like frank zane, dexter jackson, etc and learn poses that way as well.

Also taking pictures helped critque what was wrong and how to hit them better. You can never start your posing practice to early! It doesnt matter how good you look onstage if you cannot hit the poses. BTW it's not as easy as it looks haha. We were probably only out their 10 minutes, maybe 15 during prejudging and I was sweating pretty bad and starting to cramp. Couldnt even flex my calves cause they were locking up(That was my fault though).

Posing isn't as easy or generic as people think.
For your next show, try when you start cutting , start 1 hour a night posing. I've done 15 shows and I still do a hour a night during prep. This way you hit the stage it comes naturaly.
