Howdy everyone!
It's been a month since I signed up on this forum, and although I don't post/interact as much, I've done a lot of reading and it's always been nice to learn something new, which makes me really glad that I went here.
Anyways! Today I have decided to finally start a workout log, just to keep track of things.. Uhm hopefully I get to update this whenever I can, sometimes things just get in the way and I get too busy! Haha.
So for starters, I'll write down my stats:
female, 5'6 1/2", 165lbs
Bodyfat is probably around 27% but I have yet to get on that
The goal is to drop body fat, around 20-23% maybe, whichever would look best.
As far as diet is concerned, I eat clean and prep my own meals. Cheat day is just every Thursday, but even during that day I try not to really indulge. Lol. For supplements, not really taking anything at the moment. Have tried some in the past but they just didn't seem to work well for me, so I'm still on the hunt for the right ones! (I'm open for suggestions!)
For my workouts.. I try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week, go out for a run whenever possible (I like running!), and I occasionally do CrossFit with a friend, like a couple of times a month.
So yeah, that is all for now guys. I'll write again here soon and keep you all posted!

Okay so to update today's log, here's my workout:
20 minutes on stationary bike
2x15 push ups
3x15 10lb single dumbbell bench press
3x15 10lb dumbbell inclined bench press
3x15 10lb dumbbell chest fly top half
3x15 10lb dumbbell chest fly bottom half
3x15 10lb dumbbell wide row

Today's workout
I did back:
4x15 wide grip lat pull down - 25lbs add 10 after every set
4x15 close grip lat pull down - 25lbs add 10 after every set
4x15 underhand cable pull down - 25lbs add 10 after every set
4x15 bent over barbell row - 20, 20, 25, 25
4x15 one arm dumbbell row - 8, 8, 10, 10
4x15 seated cable row - 25lbs add 10 after every set
Still looking at supplements, but here are some of the ones that are quite appealing to me:

I injured my right hand so no lifting for a while, and today I just did some cardio:
5x25 burpees x 25 jumping jacks x 25 ventral jacks x 25 seal jacks
10x10 squat jumps
500 counts on jumping rope
15 minutes stationary bike

Hello, thank you 
I'm female, about 5'7". Started this log at 165lbs, but I'm now sitting at 168. Not sure what I did wrong, but my weight has been fluctuating lately.

Gotcha! Well usually it's diet. But that said I don't know what body fat percentage you are. The mirror and the way your pants fit should be a better indicator than the scale. Sometimes when you work out and build some lean mass, it can offset the fat you are trying to lose.
