I have heard of them before. Im glad you posted this because I got rid of my iphone last year so I lost basically all of my songs, and seeing this made me think of how pumped up I got from listening to them. Haha. They have a song called Broken that is an awesome song to!

If you're not going to enter the pain zone on leg day, you might as well go play hopscotch in the parking lot of your gym.

No lie, I just added Dr Dre's "Kush" to my gym list lol. Good beat, lyrics in no way motivate you to do anything other than get lit, but either way it's gotten me amped for some lifts.

One thing I noticed, since my gym playlist has been getting a little old, my workouts suckkkkk. Time to reload the ipod

God bless pandora.

Depends on the particular lift and intensity. I could be squatting to amon amarth, benching to the game, or curling to some oldies but goodies. I've had my boys walk up, and when I let my ear plugs hang they can faintly hear it and ask WTF am I listening to

I won't lie, I've hit a PR on bench before while listening to taylor swift, and a shoulder press PR on Brittany Spears. I swear sometimes really stupid music helps.

Some of the old school real-deal shit.

Not that I like rap, but the intro's sweet. If only I could take out the lyrics and insert Arnold quotes...

I could get into a little Skillit if there wasn't anything else, but mostly I'm OLD school 1970's and up. I have a little difficulty with rap. Understand I was raised listening to 60's, 70's, 80's and some 90's but the rap I have trouble wrapping my head around.

Honestly I've learned to tune out the radio in the gym. I can't lift with earphones in my ears and most time in the gym the music is not what I want. I can go home and turn some Metallica on if I want to but in the gym I just tune everything out.

Yeah that's what I do. I dunno I just don't like the feeling of the cords and it just annoys me so now I listen to Taylor swift, Bruno Mars, and the occasional emomem on my gyms radio haha

Ted Nugent, Dio, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Hendrix, AC/DC, Metalica, make frequent appearances on my Ipod...and by frequent I mean I have the entire Maiden discography on it lol.

And those of you into thrash tunes, altho I 99% hate screaming chainsaw music, Iced Earth will get you through a gym session.
