Hey everybody, Showstopper here from LG sciences giving you a little back workout.
Warm up with pull-ups and overhead pulls owns to warm up back and lats.
I started this last week to help build a little thickness in the back.
BB ROWS 4 sets 12 reps
OLD SCHOOL T-BAR ROWS(in corner): 4 sets 12 reps
DEADS FROM THE FLOOR: pyramid 12,10,8,6,4,2
LAT PULL DOWNS TILL FAILURE
had to get a quick but effective workout in you can add other back exercises in, but realize with all the compound movements in the beginning with heavy weight you might not be able to go super heavy on accessory work

Awesome, today is back for me. Looks like a good routine for today.
