It Iis AWESOME!!! I buy it all the time and I now buy it for other non BBer's becuase it is PB. I mix it in shakes oatmeal, yogurt or just add water to make it a creamy peanut butter and spread on bread. It is very versatile and wonderful. I hope you start selling it soon.

I tried it in a shaker the other day with some chocolate protein, very tasty...and the consistency mimicked a blended shake with peanut butter!

Default A very tasty "good macro" snack using PB2 - 03-26-2012, 01:34 AM

3/4 cup All Whites (egg whites) = 20g protein

2 TBSP of Nesquik (no sugar added) = 7g carbs (1g protein + 1g fat)

And 1 TBSP of PB2 = 2.5g protein, 2.5g carbs, .75g fat

Add that up = 23.5g protein, 9.5g carbs, & less than 2g fat.

Delicious too!!! I was shocked first time I tried the Nesquik and egg whites at how good it is! Then I added PB2 and it's rockin!!!

lol, true. It's basically for the PB flavor. I love PB, wish i could eat it all day! lol. With this stuff i put it in my oatmeal, drop it in my shakes, add sugar free honey and eat it plain, etc.

I don't eat it for nutrional value, for pure pleasure. Its a must have during my prep when everything is precisely calculated

Well fat is the most calorie dense macro there is @ 9 calories per gram. On a cutting diet you get nearly enough incidental fats to cover most of your fat requirement (depending on type of diet). But I agree...regular PB is better! Love it!

It's great for adding a rounded teaspoon in my protein shakes! Freaking love it that way!
