Default Contest Diet Oatmeal Cookies - 08-31-2011, 02:50 PM

This is a very tasty recipe that super easy to make for when you are on a very strict contest diet.
2 cups of quick oats
mix with 1 cup of water and
7-10 packets of Splenda (depending on how sweet you want them)

Let sit for 10 minutes.
Lay out on a nonstick pan in cookie formations.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 325.
BAM!! Eat them things!!

Looking at around:
300 calories
60 carbs
6 grms of fat

Nice carb meal and tastes great! Enjoy and let us know how they came out!

I'm gonna try this tonight, maybe throw some raisins in there.

That's 12.2g or so of Protein too.

I'm going to try these out. I wonder how adding an egg white would do....not sure if it would mix well.

Thanks for the idea Tim!

Sounds awesome Tim, wonder what would happen if you put some PB2 in there to mix it up or some protein powder. Hmmm.. I may try a few variations of these tasty things and eat for breakfast, and now I am starving. Time to go to bed since my last meal of the day ended hours ago. lol
Thanks for this tasty recipe for all to try, keep em coming!!
