ok well that didn't take any time at all. Pictures sucked so I'm not gonna post but the greek yogurt actually tasted really good. My consistency was off so Im gonna have to mess with the amount of ingredients to get it a little thicker.

Overall: B+

Switching to Greek yogurt actually makes this perfect. Takes the fat out and adds more protien.

Ok so I made it..not picture worthy for sure but I put it in the fridge and it stiffened up enough to make bars and the shit was actually pretty good...I used Peanutbutter in mine..

P.S. Yes I said stiffened

I need to make something to hold me over and keep me from hjitting the snack machine when I dont get to work with enough food prepared


LOL today I stopped off and got a dozen eggs and a loaf a bread to keep me from eating SH!t at work.

I will try to make some of these as soon as my protein comes in.

I don't the the a-milk is thick enough, might stay tooo runny. Plus the Greek yogurt is still fat free and way lower on the GI scale.

Mix up a batch and tell us how they taste!
