Here is what I set up this week-end got a new Smoker but still use the Weber. Noting is good as the good ole Weber Grill.

I still have my big Gas grill but we all know charcoal cooking is better. I use the gas fore veggies.

and yes I know the pavers there have to put level. This was just what I was able to set up in the first hour. It is a workout all in itself to level off those pavers.

Cool Mac! Charcoal is definitely the way to go! I can't cook anything except a steak on gas. But I still prefer charcoal even then.

well i used to have a pretty bad ass charcoal grill back in St Louis but i moved to KY to go to culinary school and the apartments i live in wont allow us to have BBQ grills. ill post pics of my knifes later they are like my baby haha. although out of all my knifes i have i would have to say the ceramic knifes i bought are by far my favorite. you literally can shave with them they are so sharp
