Sorry for lack of posts....
Still been on it. Diet has been pretty good (not great) but scale is still in reverse which is a good thing.
I have been dedicated to the gym but figured its been a while so I have been slow and steady. Doing LOTS of reps but with much lighter weight trying to include all muscle groups only 3 days a week for the last couple weeks. I think after this week I will go back into splitting up days hitting individual muscle groups and trying to break them jokers down. The only issue I am having is the time to get enough cardio in and still get my gym time...I have about 1.5 hrs in the morning and that's about it. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

You got that right. I tried for a long time to use protein shakes to help me not be hungry but It never ever ever ever ....... work. No what I mean. It actually made me hungrier. Then I started adding the right foods in drinking plenty of water more good fat and guess what I can control my hunger much better.

You guys are gonna hate me and think I'm crazy.

Nicotine gum.

Look it up. Or better yet

http://athlete.io/2521/can-nicotine-...prising-facts/

I will say one thing about this. It is definitely stops hunger cravings. You just really have to watch it as you can become addicted to it because typically your getting more nicotine in one piece of gum than in one cigarette. But with that said. It is not the nicotine that is so dangerous and they have studied and found out. Nicotine has not cancer causing agents. It is all the other stuff in it. However. Nicotine can constrict blood vessels and that is why it is good to take the supplements we all like in taking extra L-Arginine which can help lower Blood pressure by vasculating blood vessels.

So this may sound crazy but the nicotine gum really works well for that and for other fat burning properties as well. As the article suggests.
