Ok guys, Here we go. No pictures yet though. Just picture a 5-09 ball and there ya go. Scale says 235. I started cleaning up my diet last week and started some light cardio Wednesday. The plan is to run a little this weekend and get back in the gym lighter weight LOTS of reps and cardio 3 or 4 times a week starting Monday... Should be able to knock that weight down pretty quick so we'll see. I will get a photo with a newspaper so you all have nothing to fuss about...lol

A 5'9" ball huh? That's how I felt and I was only at 200 even, same height. Good luck man. Don't know you like these guys do, but I support the change all the same.

Hey does anyone have any good advice on a meal replacement shake. I was studying up on this in order to help me curb how much I eat because I have to eat on the run a lot because of work. Im thinking this may help with the whole weight/fat loss thing too...

Not really Pre Plan your meals if you have to or at least keep some Tuna in a can in the car with you. The problem I see with meal replacement shakes is it still does not surpress Gherlin and in my opinion even if you find lower sugar ones the artificial sweeter in it mimics a insulin spike. You would be better off having real food in you to burn or higher fat and lower Carb. The higher fat will make you feel fuller longer

That is just my opinion though.
