Bread is ok as long as its good GI bread like Ezekiel bread. Just curious. White bread is off limits to BB'ers. But whatever works for you is what you should do. I know female BB'ers who eat string cheese two weeks out from a show. All dairy makes me flat as a pancake. But hey it works for them!!

You do know you haven't got to eat every half hour? 7 meals is a bit silly and bro sciency. consolidate all of those meals into 2 or 3 big ones and enjoy them. (unless you like eating like a herbivore?) Anyone who tells you you have to eat small frequent meals needs to find the nearest bridge, and take a very brisk walk off it.

Even if you ate from 1p to 4 am every three hours that's 6 meals. Are you hungry between meals?

If you're not going to enter the pain zone on leg day, you might as well go play hopscotch in the parking lot of your gym.

Oh man, I take in all the info I can get! Lol. Heck when you posted that thread about fats, I started upping my fat intake. It was to low, 60-70's, now it's in the 100-120's.
