Workout - July 1
Shoulders
Palms-In Shoulder Press - 3 x 15
Shoulder Press - 3 x 10
Bent-Over One-Arm Deltoid Raise - 3 x 15
Upright Row - 3 x 15
Front Raise - 3 x 15
Shoulder Shrug - 3 x 15
Push Press - 3 x 15

** 15 pound dumbbells; 10 seconds in between sets **


I'll see you all when I get back on Friday, July 9th. I'm off to vacation tomorrow morning with my family.

I'm back. Ready to hit it hard again this week. Starting a routine that Mac set up for me tomorrow. (Thanks man for that!) I'm excited to see what I can accomplish with that.

My vacation was okay. Had a pretty good time but ate nothing but junk. Back to my diet tomorrow. Working with Mac too on my diet.

I'll keep you guys posted.
