Dave Tate talks about training, nutrition, supplements, and dumping oil on pizza in the quest to get big.

Noticed he waited until he reached an unhuman weight/bf ratio until he started eating bad. Obviously got into steroids before he got into junk food...... dont let all the super dirty bulkers from MAB read this one
