Never being bored at college had very little to do with my class load.... hahaha, just don't learn from my example!
Good luck to your son on the test Paw. Where I live there is such a huge FD and PD culture, it's everywhere. Rock on.

When you're double majoring with two of the most time consuming majors and are guaranteed 17-18 credit semesters and being at college for 5 years; you have to be dedicated and all in or you just couldn't do it.
Do work!

Thanks Papaw! They're the most time consuming majors offered. If I get too overwhelmed I'll change my major in Theatre Performance to a minor but I don't want to do that. That's if I absolutely have to.
Do work!

Your right you don't want your major to suffer. You have to look way down the road and see which is more to your advantage. That's is just my opinion.
I'll be praying for you.

I appreciate it guys. I've been busting hump on the ole arms. I still have a long road ahead of me though. I wish one of you guys was close enough to workout with. I really need a workout partner. That 225 that I missed, I didn't have a spotter and if it hadn't been for the extra hooks there I'd been in a bad position. Possibly reinjuring my shoulder, who knows. I've been trying to get the wife to take the photos and she agrees I need someone to do it. I need to take some back and leg photos so I can get some feedback.

Thanks j1r, and Getstrong, it's real motivational just to read your compliments. Sometimes I wonder if all this work is paying off, but when I read your comments it make's it all worthwhile. Don't worry Getstrong, as long as I'm healthy I'll be bustin out the reps.

160 X 5
180 X 5
200 X 5
230 X 5 X 3

We got some new machines in the gym and I thought I would give them a try.
Precor - seated leg curl

I get giggled at when I walk out of the gym after a leg night, but I don't mind.

Hey Paw, if you are using a digital camera(not a phone), most have a timer function. That's how I've taken my pics, that way you can set it and have 10 seconds to get in frame, you just need a place to put the camera.
