Default The return to the platform - 10-10-2011, 07:38 PM

I have been working on getting back inshape and hopefully competing again.
A little history; About 3 years ago I was in a car collision that nearly killed me. the a total knee replacement and walah- I was fat broken down and out of shape. Sooo I spent the last year workingout getting in shape and now, I am starting to see the number come back. my last time I i ran through the numbers on the bench I was able to pull off a double with 475. The squat and dead lift are coming a bit slower but they are coming. I pulled 315 for for 20.. and I am working on core stability and strength. So, I hope to see you around... again.
