Default A Better Way to Achieve Fat Loss by Nina Shanks - 03-14-2010, 11:20 AM

Trying to lose fat? Get off that treadmill and train
for performance to slim down!

Quote:
After years of training myself and clients, Iíve discovered a better way to lose fat. Forget what you think you know about losing fat and pay attention. The best way to lose fat is to train for performance.

I know that sounds too simple, but thatís the pointóit should be. Too many people make fat loss complicated by worrying about how many calories they burned while spending a mind-numbing 30 minutes on the elliptical. They worry about what percentage was from fat and how high their heart rate was. Itís time to simplify things and get great fat loss results in less time and in a more motivating way. Itís time to get excited about training and get some of the best results possible.

I haven't checked on it in a while. Doesn't seem like it's auto-linking like it did briefly when I set it up. And another thing I don't like about it is that I had to edit each one to lengthen what shows on this forum. That part is usually controlled by the people where the feed originates.
