That is a pretty vague query brother. Of course it is possible there is no doubt about that I mean hell you could run a high dose of t3/t4 pick up the meth/crack pipe or be responsible and do it smartly. Again your question is way to vague as we know little to nothing about you.

I am not a doctor and I have not had any traditional training. I am a person with information that other people have studied and proven to be effective and wrote in books. I just pass that information on to you.

Rest in Peace Nandi

Its a very hard achievement. You will have to bend your beck over to loose 40lbs in 2 months.

the Best way to lose some weight is to have a proper diet and do some training. To get better results you can always try some fat burners

I think, personally, it's quite possible to lose 40lbs in two months but I don't think it's going to be a very healthy weight loss. I know this guy who used to weigh around 250 and he dropped his weight to 160 within 8 months or so. I asked him how he did it and he said did some sort of crash diet and did lots of cardio. He said what he did "drained" him. And while he didn't provide much details, he told me to just give it time and cut down on the weight gradually. He doesn't exactly suggest what he did.

So I guess just do what everybody else usually does - proper diet and right training. Give yourself time! With a positive mindset and great focus, you'll achieve your goals eventually.

Good luck!
