Default Hello to everyone - 09-12-2012, 08:31 PM

Hi there,

I am looking to see if anyone has a roman chair that they use daily. If it is a good way to get your back strong and if so, what kind to get. Thanks on advance.

Buy a barbell. Then enjoy the art of dead lifting.

+the hundreds of other exercises you can do with the barbell.

I remember those days, def true. Just please learn proper form for dead lifts. Any dead lift. Any exercise for that matter. Even the most seasoned body builder I've seen compromise form to get heavier weight. Don't worry about the weight at first. That'll come with experience, time, and diet.
Good luck!!!

Don't try and get to heavy too fast, you'll end up with an injury. Go heavy, but if your back is saying no, give it a thought.
