Welcome back to the forum speanroc. You have some good build to you and are pretty lean, so whatever work you've been putting in since january must be good. (get on those legs though =x)

Hey brother! Great to see you back on here!!!

You're looking great man, glad to see you haven't left our iron game! Do you plan on working on your legs eventually?

Also, I'd be interested in seeing what a typical day's diet looks like if you feel like posting it. Not necessarily quantities, but just what types of food. I'm getting a pretty good grasp on the diet and I'm always interested in seeing others who have it down to obtain more variety on my own menu

Again, great to see you back!

Well thanks Papaw, but applaud yourself for following through. That in itself is much more difficult than me typing stuff out. I'm a member on another forum and I guarantee the advice I shared with you would not be well received. For some reason they think you'll do fine on nachos and twinkies But to each their own.

hey Rick , my diet is pretty basic and clean and i follow some very simple rules ..

if i can grow it, catch it, pick it, i EAT IT !! , ONLY WHOLE FOODS,

my protien sources are : eggs (usually 4-5 for breakfast 2 yolks rest whites) fish, chicken breast(trimmed) , lean beef(only once a week so i stay adjusted to it), whey protien, chobani greek yogart plain (25 grams of protien per serving)

i try to aviod anything processed when eva possible

my carbs , oatmeal, brown rice, rice cakes , and bananas , apples , blueberries or any berries , are my fruit staples, only natural fruit sugars , NO REFIND SUGARS in my diet!

whole almonds, natural peanut butter(no hydrodgenated oils)

the only time i use any simple carbs white rice/white bread, bagels etc is after workouts only !

i taper my carbs as the day goes on and i almost always have natural peanut butter or plain whole almonds or walnuts before bed, as my diet is very low fat during the day and i truly believe if ur daily intake of total fat is under 25 grams per day ur NOT doing ur body any favors, as every single cell is coated with a layer of fat and as strange as this sounds u have to eat fat to lose fat, or ur body goes into survival mode and you'll store everything! so i make sure my daily diet is between 20-30 grams of healthy fats per day !
