I've seen guys who don't even do curls and do nothing but power movements like deads bench presses and squats have extraordinary muscle growth all over. But again that is good genetic at play too.

Believe it or not Dead lifts are another great exercise for biceps and pretty much all heavy back work because the main function of the bicep is for pulling.
YEAH I CAN SEE HOW THAT WOULD HAPPEN. I'M JUST TRYING TO GET SOME DECIENT LOOKING BICEPS. MAYBE SINCE I'M DOING DL RACK SETS MAYBE THAT'LL MAKE SOME DIFFERENCE.

cables for bi can be tricky cause its easier to manipulate the movement and cheat without really realizing it.high cable curls are pretty good cause you cant use your body to move the weight its all bi's.what mac said is good, straight bar and e-z just vary the grips to work both heads and incline dumbell curls are great for the peak.

the hammer curl works the brachial part of the bi which also pushes up the peak.

THATS ONE OF THE THINGS I NEED. WHEN I DO BICEP FROM THE SIDE YOU CAN'T HARDLY TELL THAT I HAVE A BICEP. SO I DO THE HAMMER CURLS TO GET A PEAK AND SHOW I DO HAVE BICEP ?

hammer and incline dumbell, bench set above 45 degree, try to keep your upper arm pointing straight down and only move your lower arm up and twist the wrist in at the top.youll definitly feel it if your doing it right.

I rarely do any bicep isolation. Most of mine come from back day with DL's and rows of sorts. If I have extra time or split up my workout at home then I might throw them in.

PawPaw.

The bicep peak is mainly a genetically preferred bodypart. Meaning. Some people have it and some don't

Most people that have a long muscle belly will have or longer arms will have trouble gaining a true peak.

Arnold had massive arms butwith high peaks vs lets say Flex Wheeler who was always known to have large arms on his biceps with not that high of a peak. and both of them are considered to be true Mesomorph bodytypes.

No peaks here either PAPAW. No matter how I work my arms, it’s just not going to happen. I am just thankful for what I got and train them the best I can. Good luck.

The peak will come with fatloss papaw, it's in there. You need to uncover it.
Keep up the current workouts and newfound healthy diet and you'll get what you want buddy.
