Alright guys so i squatted the other day 2ookg pretty easy and im looking to squat 220kg soon (within 6weeks). its a bit of a jump but wondering if you guys have anything to say/advise - here is how the 200 went so you can see style etc

Nice work Big Al!!! Since I've never squatted that much, I have no real advice. Except maybe if you have any thoughts on knee wraps....I've used them and like them. Just to me feels like it holds my knees together LOL! Security more than anything in my mind.
