Another big milestone, I cracked 3 digits on dips today for my 4-6 rep working sets. I got 100x5.

IVE ALWAYS KINDA PUSSIED OUT WHEN IT COMES TO SQUATS. I DO THEM
BUT I NEVER REALLY PUSH MYSELF LIKE I SHOULD. ITS ALMOST LIKE I
HAVE A MENTAL BLOCK AGAINST SQUATS. SO TODAY I DECIDED TO STOP
BEING SUCH A BITCH, I WORKED OUT WITH 185 AND SPENT THE BETTER
HALF OF MY WORK OUT DOING SQUATS. I ACTUALLY LOST COUNT OF HOW
MANY SETS I DID BUT I CANT STAND UP RIGHT NOW WITH OUT MY LEGS GETTING
THAT SHAKEY FEELING, SO HOPEFULLY IVE OVERCOME MY SQUAT PROBLEM.

Well, since you really taxed your self this round the next work out throw some different exercises in to vary your leg work out up. Doing squats alone are great but adding isolation exercises rounds the entire program up and you will actually grow more. Good that you decided to do them though that is the first step.

My recent achievement doest have to do with weights and power(really I wish it did) but since my official weigh in on OCT 28 2005... I weighed in yesterday at 20lbs lighter. I do notice area like my qudas starting to tighten up and my gut is shrinking... my arms are little by little looking bigger or should I say fuller.

But thats an achievement in my book. Im happy with these results...Now lets see how long it takes to get me to my goal. 22-25 more lbs to go!!!

Thanks ....I plan on working harder and harder...I do have a goal to get down to atleast 210-215lbs which I think would be the best we weight for me ...I am naturally a big guy...like ever since highschool I have just been broad..Really I gained most of my weight in the last 4.5 years...Its coming off!!
