I cracked 200 for my bent over rows 4-6 rep range. I got 205 x 5, all clean reps. I also got 7 chinups with 60 lbs. around my waist.Edited by: Maverick

Congrats, tomorrow i am hoping for 6+ reps on dips with 90 lbs, I willl keep you updated.
Today Leg day got 495lb for 12 good reps thought I was going to pass out . I then got 940 on leg press with a good range none of that pussy half shit you see most people press. My legs are really catching on fellas. I am damn proud of them. I think I am pissing my partner off because he is not where I am at ,but I am trying to keep him focused he is a strong mother. He just is working past injuries from years of steroid abuse and he knows it . I want him to lift more sometimes and really push him more than myself. He will get there though. I guess I am getting old now and trying to pass things along LOL .
