Didnt work out yesterday, went for a 3 mile walk around town and then ran the same 3 miles in the evening. For some reason I just felt like doing some cardio, it was nice outside. Good leg workout, havent ran in a long time.

Im sure this is a bad idea but im gunna take a week off from working out then go straight into a deload, i started work today at the college and spent nine hours on a roof tear-off with no shirt on because i though i was a hardass and now i have sun poisoning. There is no way i could possibly work out like this, plus im tired as fkkkkkkk. Just need a week to get used to work and get rid of this scorching.

haha, you cant rush gettin big son. the rear delts are commonly overlooked and really finish off that round bodybuilding shoulder were all looking for.

i pretty much only use the pec/dec machine for my rear delts, but you could do that, bent over cable raises, lay on a bench and rear fly some dumbbells. i dunno man just find what you like doing and hit it.
