Alright, well since I'm about a month into the program I guess I'll give everyone an idea on how things are going. I've been tracking my diet and workout progress everyday and I think it been going well so far. I've taken progress photos as well, but I'll have to add those tomorrow or something since its on my home computer. Also my diet tracker is on excel and apparently it doesnt transfer over to to the old version so that will come later as well. welllllll lets get started.

Soooo, this was the first blast phase day, I was in the hi carb, low protein part of my diet and it freakin killed my energy for some reason. by thursday of this week I was back on the protein though and felt awesome

So at this time I finall understood that I was supposed to adjust the weights to make the reps work out. So it took a little to get the weights down.

so my feelings so far are that this is one great workout, I'm officially half way through and i've already made strength gains i most of my workouts and i've made a lot of gains in areas that I neglected in the past (shoulders and legs)

I dont think i've seen a lot of size difference yet, but i'm sure that after a while i'll be able to see some difference. Although I did get a good compliment from my girlfriend when she went to the gym with me the other day. She said that she knew I worked hard in the gym, but she had no idea I worked that hard. Which coming from someone who works out professionally it really meant a lot.

well i guess i have seen some size difference, but its mainly lost fat, i've lost over ten lbs in a month.
