Legs and back had to be broken up yesterday into two workouts due to taking squats weight up to 455. So, it went alright. I can tell my endurance is not there after taking so many days off with the kids and summer. Gonna be back in full swing in 6-7 weeks after school is back in session.

Did BB MP, side lats, chest cable flyes, tri pushdown and standing calf raises today. Sore already as it has only been 3 days since the last workout (Wed). Went pretty good. Some things were still sore so I had to back off on the weight, just get a loaded stretch persay. I'm liking it so far.

How long until the strength curve some what returns? I haven't lost much but am noticing a slight decline. Could be lack of sleep, but who knows. Also, the full body work really gets the heart rate up and burns some cals.

Kids are back in school and I am sore as shat. Box squats are still kicking my legs arse from 4+ days ago. LOL Gotta love starting all over with soreness. Too heavy maybe for the the first real lift days in a while.
