How bout "Annihilate then Recuperate" lol, I feel ya tho Timmy, I had one of the best chest workouts of the year on Tues. I decided to take it down a few notches and just focus on stimulating the muscle and man my chest felt like it wanted to explode.

No super heavy weights, no crazy sets, just focus and work. By the end of the workout i felt great and chest was pumped. I loved it!

Imagine if every chest workout was ike that!
My chest used to be a weak point for me cause I would go way too heavy.
Isolation is key for me now.

I wish Timmy. I'ma try using moderate weight all month and see if i can nail that type of pump everytime.

What are some more isolation exercises besides flyes, pec dec, and cable crosses?

I think moderate weight in general isolates my chest!

Wide grip partial machine presses work very well for me too!
also
Machine press partials wth the pin set very very far back, and press to the half way point.

Technically not isolation movements but try them and you will see what I am taking about. 5 x 15-10 reps with very little rest, fast as heck on the way up and super slow on the way down. Shoulders blades tucked in behind you as tight as possible. Back flat.

Try these with your chin down for a couple sets too.

A good variation for bb bench I learned off one of my bigger buddies, throw on light-medium weight on the bar. Let it sit on your chest, then explode up as fast as you can, then go down slow (5sec) all the way back to your chest. Let is rest then explode back up (well, don't rest it there, just don't bounce it but let it touch before you go up).

Do this till you can't no more, but adjust the weights till you're in the 10-15 rep range and go from there.

Good idea!!!

Once in a blue moon when I go super heavy on chest I will pick a heavy weight for 3 reps and then drop set to a another exercise for 15 - 25 reps. Brutal.
I actually do this for triceps quite a bit. Works good.
