Ahhhh, feels good to be getting back into things...Ok I lied, im sore as F! After this week im going to resurrect this blog and get it going again. Gotta have the rest of this week to work out some soreness.

Got 250x6 last night on bench and then 2 sets of 225x8 after that, so ive held on to most of my strength.

Back at the blog. Hit the gym for the first time today for the bulk season. Killed my chest and calves also got some low-int cardio in to try and shed some of this bloat/water/fat ive put on in the last week of binge eating lol.

My bulk diet is looking something like this for those who are interested, im going to try and keep it lean as possible and am also implementing supplements into this bulk as well, been awhile since ive taken anything, feels weird.

Calories are going to be around 2500 a day. Im going to go ahead and breakdown my macronutrient values for those who might want to follow. I was thinking about carb cycling but it would truley be a hassle at school, im just going to make sure all my carbs are complex and only use simple carbs when i need them (breakfast/post workout)

In GRAMS: Full daily breakdown- 70g fats/300g carbs/225g protein
This will be divided into 7 meals a day.
The 7 come out to- 10g fats/43g carbs/32g protein at each meal.
For breakfast and postworkout i will do a split of simple and complex carbs to get my insulin/leptin going and my muscles glycogen restored quickly. Ill do a 15g simple carb (fruit) and a 30g complex carb (brown rice, oats, rice cakes) at these times. Im sensitive to carbs so i have to watch it and keep simples low or non-existent throughout the day.

I think this is solid, plenty of protein, natural athletes have a hard time absorbing their bodyweight in protein so i believe at around 30g pro every 2.5-3hrs a day, i will be able to use most of what i consume and pack on some lean muscle.

Training style is back to *modified STS program. And i will implement 20-30mins low-intensity cardio into my regimen 3 times a week at LEAST, im naturally a fat kid so doing this is going to help keep water retention/bloat and fat levels down. I want this bulk to be as lean as possible until I plateau then ill get dirty with it to seal the deal. If i can get up around 220-230 ill be solid as a damn rock, wanna keep 10% bf at that weight, no more than 12% at any time.

*Modified STS- I add a little more compound lifts into my regimen, i know ronnie is a big fan of isolation and pump, but for naturals we gotta sling around heavy ass weight with compound movements in order to keep growing, so ive done some tweeking, nothing too crazy, sets/reps/rests are still the same in the STS program.

**Supplement list will be coming soon! Shits crazy though guys for real... haha

*** Any questions please feel free to pick my brain, ive learned alot
