Get back at it! Glad you stopped in! I've started lifting again (heavy as I can) I'm easing though to not upset my old joints. LOL

My my how things change. A typical day in my diet looks vastly different now. Breakfast 7 eggs 1/2 slice canadian bacon, and 1.5 cups of spincah. Meal 2 8 oz. salmon, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and 1 tbs grass fed butter. Meal 3 8 oz chicken breast, 1 slice bacon, 1.5 cups spinach and 1 1/2 tbs olive oil. Still around the same protein count and calories but carbs and fat have changed bigtime

Doesn't it feel good to eat that way though?!?!

I always felt better when I ate like I should.
