Default Day 71: - 09-24-2012, 01:56 PM

Thoughts of the Day:

So good deadift day, but i think it might be my last during this log. I really felt no leg strength today and the only other chance i have to deadlift is Saturday, which is right after a heavy squat day. We will see though, maybe i will go for 405 or 450 for reps but a max attempt is doubtful this close to a competition (I want a full 6 days off from heavy stuff). Im still very happy with 480 and a miss at 490 though so in the end its all good. Still have two more squat days to hopefully get that 315.

Morning Weight:

170lbs

Default Day 72: - 09-25-2012, 10:03 PM

Thoughts of the Day:

Bench was pretty solid today. I definitely know i can get 2 reps at 242 competition style with a pause. 3 reps, i dont know. Maybe it being a competition i
will muster up a 3rd. After that i was just focusing on reps with good form. Form has improved a lot since that minor strain i had.

Default Day 78: The last week - 10-01-2012, 09:16 AM

Thoughts of the Day:

So a little bit of an update. Havent done much lifting in the last few days which is why nothing was posted. Going to hit one more workout today, mostly pull ups, and then the rest of the week will be cardio as needed to get the weight down. Scale was at 167.4 today so not much further to go but i dont want to be sweating it out Friday night so i would like to be sub 165 on Friday morning. Been having some ridiculous back pumps since Friday so going to have to really focus on hydration, idk why im getting them, just came out of nowhere. Going in for a deep tissue massage tonight and then will do some stretching everyday to stay loose. Glad that im where i need to be now so i can just relax and focus this last week.

Supps are still taken everyday. I have enough APE so i will be taking 2 everyday this week.

Thumbs up Day 83-84: Competition Weekend - 10-09-2012, 12:48 PM

So overall a good meet. Should not have cut that much weight in that short of a time period. That and this stupid skin infection were just two unnecessary things to deal with. Out of the 11 goals i set for myself i got 10 of them. The one i missed was weighted pull up, this is my fault for not training by competition standards so when i got to this i just wasnt pulling the weight i thought i could. Got beat by ExtremistPullup for Overall and Total Points, and then two other old guys that just killed some crazy numbers for their events. I believe the points formula heavily favors the older age groups, but these guys definitely deserved to win. Im not worried about the points since i know how my lifts stack up against people my age and weight group and really thats the only comparison that needs to be made. It was a good weekend and pushed me to hit some new PR's which was the main goal anyways.

First place for Age and Weight in all 11 Events. 4th Overall on Top 4 event Points. 3rd Overall on Total Points.

These are the only videos i have. I dont have many from the second day so a few of the higher numbers in the unimportant events i didnt get video. Some of the attempts arent posted if they were lower numbers also, because im tired of typing lol.

Thumbs up Final Thoughts on APE: - 10-09-2012, 02:07 PM

As always i preface this review with stating that i am a Company Representative and this is my review of my experience with this product from our Company Product line.

I did a review the first time but i figured i would do another one that way i can compare to see if there were any differences between the two cycles:

Ok so lets go over what APE was suppose to do and what it actually did:

1. Promote Testosterone Production
Support FREE TESTOSTERONE in ONLY 12 Hours after ingestion
Increase BIO-AVAILABLE TESTOSTERONE After 8 Weeks

Did not get blood work so its hard to accurately make a review on this, but there were typical signs of characteristics of increased test

2. Refine Your Physique Beyond Genetic Limitations
Support Greater FAT LOSS After Just 8 Weeks of usage* (get lean & shredded).

Did a recomp, but added some good strength while maintaining exactly the same weight on the scale. Looked slightly leaner so there was definitely some lean gains in this area

3. Promote "Alpha-Maleness" Beyond Normal Capacity & Intensity
Promote Healthy Sex Drive, Vigor & Vitality in both the short term and long term
May Help Maintain Estrogen Within Normal Levels (Anti-Aromatase)

Confidence was at a high 90%+ of the time. I had some of my best workouts ever in the last 12 weeks and had the confidence to go for some big numbers on PR attempts

4. Support Vascularity & Athletic Performance
Supports Nitric Oxide (NO), which may increase blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles
Promotes Endurance & Performance during repetitive high intensity exercise

Definitely increased vascalarity even though there wasnt much fat loss overall. Endurance was much higher and i say this because i didnt do any cardio in the last 12 weeks and still was able to go longer in the gym and still put up some big numbers especially on leg and chest days

Pros:

- Only 2 capsules a day, quick and easy
- Quick noticable effects, most pump/vascularity
- Strength Gains and Fat loss, no change on the scale, but increased strength and lost body fat
- Can stack with just about anything which makes it a great product to add to any stack

Cons:

- Still dont think there are any cons to this product. A lot of people argue price, but really its one of the cheaper most effective test boosters out there. Plus there are always good deals on this.

Strength Gains- 10/10

Was hitting a plateau on most of my lifts before starting APE. Made some really solid gains over the 12 weeks.

Squat- 280------> 315
Bench- 255------> 270
Deadlift- 460-----> 480
Press- 160-------> 175
Front Squat- ~225-------> 245

Pumps/Vascularity- 10/10

This remains what it was before a 10/10. I respond very well to GPLC so this is as expected and the pumps were almost too much at times. Increased vascualarity all over considering not much fat was dropped.

Libido/Sex Drive- 9/10

Increase was there but not as noticeable as the first time around. Its a hard category to judge when you dont have issues in this area to begin with. I
would say im gonna drop from a 10/10 to a 9/10 this time around.

Mood/Aggression/Intensity- 9/10

I would have to say confidence in the gym is a huge plus. Even going for PR's with alot more weight i had the confidence that i was going to hit the weights. Mood was good majority of the time and i really wouldnt say i had increased aggression in a bad way so im gonna go with a 9/10 this time from a 8/10 the previous time.

Price/Dosage- 9.5/10

Im going high on this one because it is worth the price and in comparison to other test boosters this is cheaper and worked very well

Overall- 9.5/10

Again like before a clear choice for a great rating. I will go with a more realistic 9.5/10 rating this time around. I would say this is more accurate. I really didnt focus on my diet that much but my training was always dialed in and this definitely gave me the results i wanted and more. Hit just about all my goals for the 12 weeks and this is definitely a product for everyone to give a try at least once.
