I would say something like Post some pictures up of the top mandatory poses

We can give it a couple of weeks or not. Just depending on right now what you guys would like to do.

I can post some tomorrow night b/c my camera man will be with me! I'll tan, shave, and oil up!!! You guys can see them firday morning first thing...REMEMBER this is a friendly contest!!!

Before you do that, make certain that you are synced up with Anti. The timing needs to be the same or at least very close.

or maybe a transformation contest instead of bodybuilding. having both a weightloss/body recomposition category and a bulking category. that would actually allow everyone to compete because those who are competing in one category could judge the other and vice-versa

thats cool, i'll help judge the transformation categories if needed. I think i'll just stick with the bb category for poisng!

with the modeling, i had my weight literally bouncing 15lbs at a time. it was insane. I think I'm about due for some pics anyway. lemme finish getting my thoughts straight.

Default Carb loading - 11-05-2008, 07:17 PM

Ronnie Rowland had advised me that for bulking i should add two days for carb loading to my diet....So today was the first of the two days. I WOKE U THIS MORNING EATING CHEESE BRUGERS!!!!i know what a fatty.... but i had peanut butter sandwhichs all day long for snacks. my meals were basically all spaghetti except for one. I cooked three pounds of spaghetti in a crockpot earlier today and now its all gone. I feel bloated!!!!!! But i am hoping this will be a difference. After adding up what all i ate today i had over 6000 Calories and 560 CARBS. and how much protein...i don't know? alot i guessing? Just keeping in touch with my blog.

thank god the online bodybuilding comp is off. cause i was about to freak out how i could loose 12% bodyfat in a week !!!

im cool with a transformation contest too. i need another motivation besides girls =x
