i will post up pictures at the end of the blast phase at the start of june, im running the blast for 12 weeks to get the most f the massfx/hyperdrolx2/retain2 stack

Monday 23/3/09
Chest-
1st exercise is a key exercise - barbell incline press
1st set- 12 reps 30 kg (66.2 lbs)

2nd exercise is a secondary exercise - barbell bench press
1st set- 12 reps 30 kg (66.2 lbs)

Calves-
1st exercise is a key exercise - Standing calf raise
1st set- 12 reps 30 kg (66.2 lbs)

2nd exercise is a secondary exercise - rotary calve machine
1st set- 12 reps 20 kgs (44.1 lbs)

Cardio running on the treadmill 45 minutes

Tuesday 24/3/09

Overall back thickness:
1st key exercise- dead-lifts
1st set- 12 reps 40 kgs (88.2lbs)

Lat Width:
1st exercise is a key exercise-medium grip pull-up
1st set-12 reps at body weight

2nd exercise is a secondary exercise- lat pull downs
1st set- 10 reps 35 kgs (77.2lbs)

Lat Thickness:
1st exercise is a key exercise-Bent over barbell rows
1st set- 12 reps 40 kgs (88.2lbs)

2nd exercise is a secondary exercise-one arm dumbbell rows.

wednesday i started coming down with a cold but still went to the gym
Wednesday 25/3/09
Shoulders:
1st exercise is a key exercise-standing barbell presses
1st set- 13 reps 10kgs (22.1lbs)

2nd exercise is a secondary exercise- high pulley extensions.
1st set- 12 reps 10kgs (22.1lbs)

3rd exercise is a secondary exercise- barbell front raises.
1set set- 12 reps 10kgs (22.1lbs)

Traps:
1st exercise is a key exercise-standing barbell shrugs
1st set-12 17.5kgs (38.6 lbs)

Cardio running on the treadmill 45 minutes


thursday and friday i felt like complete crap as my my nose was blocked up pretty bad so i decided not to work out. im feeling around 90 % better so i might jump straight into the blast tomorrow depending on how i feel in the morning.

my workouts starting friday will be rescheduled some do to the easter hols and me doing days at work, the way i have rescheduled them should be fine apart from for my diet on i think 2 days at the most. i will explain this more tommorow at some point. i will aslo follow the tabata cardio routine on one- two days a week during the blast.

thanks mac

over the last 2 weeks work has been mental i have been doing loads of doubles shifts with just one day off, so my diet has not been as clean as it should and workouts have been non existent, i have got one more week of day shifts ad a few double shifts and then i will start the blast again, i will also create a new log as this one is full of inconsistency
