Thanks man...Today was Day 15 on STS. I love the work outs.. Through two chest days my upper pecs are fuller, my strength is up.. i am recovering at a feaster rate. I will probably train more frequently next week. Maybe five days per week. It might be overtraining or consuming to many calories/carbs/protei for optimum recovery. We'll just have to wait and see!! To day was shoulders primarily. I did barbell presses for front delts, lateral raises for mid-delts, and rear barbell presses for rear/mid delts. I went heavy on all three doing:

Today is day 20 on sts. Legs were yesterday. INTENSE!!!!!! I felt very powerful and Very heavy..... today are triceps/ shoulders. My weight is up slightly but no big increase yet. Strength is up a tad as well!

WEll today is Leg Day. I am hoping that during squats and other movements for quads my patella legaments don't kill me. I am going to drop weight and produce slower reps which helped greatly last time.
