Default Need Encouragement - 06-27-2008, 05:37 PM

Hey Guys,
Lately I've been really busy and haven't had any time to work out. Hopefully I'll be able to work out tonight. Right now I'm just looking for encouragement to stick with working out. It's so much easier to just say "Oh, I'll just do it tomorrow." Any encouragement you guys can give me would be great. You guys have all been amazing with all your advice and feedback. Thanks for everything!

I encourage you to work your butt off and not end up like this guy. How's that?

One of the major things you have to look at is what do you want from all of this.

Self drive comes from wants. what do you want the most. If you just think you want it then you are not serious. If you want it bad enough then nothing will stop you from achieving your goals.

A bad day at the gym is better than no day. Even if you go in there and go through the motions you are doing better than doing nothing at all.

i was fresh out of ideas for this one, but i think mac hit it dead-on.

it all boils down to how much you really want it,
how much you want it is
how much youll put into it
equaling how much youll get out of it
