Default Abs Question - 12-03-2009, 06:16 AM

My track coach has me hitting abs everyday but Saturday and Sunday. Is this bad for them? Are they getting enough recovery time?

This is debatable. Some people hit them every day while some believe that they need ample time to recover like your other muscle's. I hit mine 2-3 times a week.
