Yes your right, I'm about drama'ed out too. If I wasn't at a point that I need someone to spot me, I would just work out alone, that way I don't have anyone to upset or to upset me.

I feel that, and I figured I would chime in. Half the reason that I work out at home is because anyone I could workout with lives like hours away, the rest of them are all drama. Amazing how a bunch of men in a gym can sometimes resemble women in a hair salon (no offense to anyone here, just in my experience.)

On another note, good luck on your next comp. From what I've read of your log you deserve a gold cup this time around!

Thanks for stopping in. I have been in the same gym since 2008 and I seen people come and go. I had it taught to me when I was a powerlifter, that you want progress hou have to do the work. Everyone here acknowledges that. My goal for next year is to be the best and hardest , fit 50+ male on stage. With hard wor, good diet and alot of prayer I'll do just that.

Thanks alot for the welcome. I have found that since I've been here at IPYU that I have improved performance dramatically in all aspects of my fitness. It's amazing what a little bit of positive reinforcement will do for a person. IMO you are the hardest 50+ year old I've come in contact with. Once I can figure out my diet a little bit more I'm pretty sure I'll be all set! Thanks again, looking forward to watching the progress

My computer at home has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it will run fine sometimes it shuts it's self off over and over, and it's old and slow. I'm hoping Santa Claus brings me a new laptop. lol
Yeah the numbers on the hacksquat came up somemore. I'm not telling anyone but ya'll how much I'm up too that way I can post a picture of a $100.00 I'm gona get for doing 840 x 8 in December. Just pray my knees don't blow out.
I'm also having a motivation problem, if ya would pray for that too. Financial wo's are plaquing me and I'm losing motivation to push myself to the next level.
