Default Teens and BioGrow (Should I Add to My Stack or Not) - 05-19-2015, 07:13 PM

Hi I am new to the supplement community and have little experience with anything other than creatine, which has worked very well for me. I was thinking about, and am pretty set on getting on the tenacious teen stack. I feel like it could be a good place to start because i have a very basic knowledge of supplements and things of that nature. However, i have heard of BioGrow and i have seen the rather large gains people are able to make with its help, so i was wondering if it would be beneficial and safe ti add to my stack

Unless a teen has abnormally low testosterone levels, nothing more than hard work in the gym, a solid diet, and 7-8 hrs of sleep each night is all you need. Wanna grow? Make sure that Squats and Deadlifts are part of your weekly routine.

Anything else that you may purchase that is "hormonal" could mess you up for life. I don't know about the product specifically that you ask for, but either it's snake oil or will mess with your hormones.
