If you've never cycled before this is a good way to do things in that you are gradually increasing the dose and you'll be able to assess how your body responds. This is smart, I like it.

However, keep in mind doing it this way will not produce any large changes in your body, so keep your expectations low and really pay attention to what subtle changes you do see. Then on your next go-round you'll have a good point of reference to plan from.

How's the PCT though? I heard this one can cause depression. Do you know anything about this? Should I just use a SERM instead or is there no need with 1-Andro being on the more mild side?

Using a SERM is probably the best way to go about any PCT.

The thing to keep in mind though is when using a SERM you may need to use an AI (non-otc).

No OTC product will work as well as a SERM, period. But there are some helpful products out there if you don't want to go that route.

Hormonal fluctuations can cause depression. It's short lived (if you get your body back to normal quickly that is) but it's nothing traumatic. Just keep in mind what is going on with your body and be smart.

The real depressing thing is that going back to training naturally after being on anything absolutely sucks and that never goes away. You'll never get that "feel" in the gym again, which is why running drugs is dangerous, there's no such thing as just one cycle.
