So Mr. Olympia is this weekend.
As you can see I posted a picture of Kai. This picture is him two weeks out! Notice that his abs are alot smaller than usual. He has been working with George Farah and it looks like it has been working. All he needs to do now is now spill over. It is gonna be a fight this year. I hear Phil's arms have gotten even bigger. If you can imagine that.
Shawn Rhoden is gonna be trouble this year too. Dude is about as symmetrical as it comes. I will probably say he is one of the most symmetrical pros out there if not THE most.

I do like Kai as I think he has great passion and expresses it well. But I've been a Heath fan for a while due to a more classic-looking physique.

Kai has done very well this year with keeping tight. Haven't seen one pic of him, even guess posing, when he was round or sloppy. Could be an interesting battle for that num 1 spot.

with kai's smaller waist/stomach hes gona look even bigger dont know if this is gona help or hurt him.phil brought up his back and arms and branch looks dense as hell.the top 5 is gona be close. kai,phil,warren,wolf,rockel in no particular order.

Judging from the 2 pics in this thread, Kai's shoulders make Phil look like a sally. Phil's arms are huuuge, but Kai has a way nicer low between the peak of his bi and delt = looks 10x bigger/more defined.

They both have good backs, Kai might have crazier legs since he's so much shorter. With Branch out of the Olympia so long I'm not sure he'll be top 3 either. Def a nail biter this year to say the least...add the Cutler story in too.

I think you are going to see that he hasn't shrunk very much in that area.
