Got to say I would take Jordan over Kobe and Rodman over Artest. Would take the Bulls in their prime over any Kobe Laker team, even the Shaq teams, although I think those would have been great games.

I've become bored with the Mavs. No real flair. I mean Nowitsky is good, but watching him move is the epitome of a white boy with no coordination. Obviously he has some, but he's just clunkier than most his size.

Oh and definitely Jordan over Kobe!!!!

I won't clutter up the superbowl thread with pro laker propaganda but..... Todays lakers > prime bulls. As for Kobe n Jordan, I say leveled out. People have just always come to hate Kobe so they ignore the total picture of what he has done for the lakers. Because we'd be noware without him.

I think we all know which way I am going to lean in this debate. I also think I might start a general sports discussion thread soon to replace this...

Yay/nay??

Oh yeah...

Lakers would be nowhere without Kobe but I think the Bulls in their prime would destroy any Laker team since Shaq left. During the Shaq years, it would have been tough but Rodman was a great defender / rebounder against anyone. I know he's a freak, but not having him in the Hall of Fame yet is stupid. Although there are a few guys now who might turn into great all time rebounders, Rodman was the last great rebounder in the league. If he had done nothing but score and play defense he would have been a Hall of Famer already, but he rebounded and played defense ( and was a pretty good passer ).
